Welcome to Cloud Nine Rabbitry! By visiting our website and making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cloud Nine Rabbitry website and all purchases made through our site. By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site.
2. Rabbit Purchase
By purchasing a rabbit from Cloud Nine Rabbitry, you agree to our Rabbit Purchase Agreement (which is a separate document) and the following terms:
- All rabbit sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the transaction is complete.
- The buyer agrees to provide proper care, housing, and medical attention for the rabbit.
- The buyer agrees not to resell, rehome, or surrender the rabbit to any shelter.
- In the event the buyer can no longer care for the rabbit, the rabbit must be returned to Cloud Nine Rabbitry, where the seller will take responsibility for finding the rabbit a new home.
3. Health Guarantee
We provide a health guarantee for all of our rabbits. If your rabbit experiences health issues within [7] days of purchase, we will replace the rabbit or issue a refund, subject to our health guarantee terms. Any health concerns must be reported within [7] days from the rabbit’s pick-up or delivery date.
4. Deposit & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a rabbit. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery of the rabbit.
- All payments must be made via the payment methods listed on our website. The rabbit will not be released to the buyer until the full payment is made.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We do not offer shipping options for rabbits. However we do offer delivery depending on location. Delivery fee is seperate from the original price. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total cost of the rabbit. For a delivery fee quote send us a message.
- Delivery times and availability will be discussed and agreed upon once the purchase is confirmed.
6. Rabbit Care
- The buyer agrees to provide appropriate care for the rabbit, including but not limited to: a safe and clean living space, proper nutrition, regular veterinary care, and socialization.
- The rabbit should not be kept in isolation and should have access to enrichment and companionship.
7. Litter Box Training and Socialization
We strive to provide well-socialized, friendly, and trainable Holland Lop bunnies. The buyer agrees to continue socialization and training upon receiving the rabbit to ensure its well-being and positive behavior.
8. No Breeding Without Approval
- If you purchase a rabbit from us as a companion, you agree not to breed the rabbit without prior approval from Cloud Nine Rabbitry.
- If there is an accidental/unapproved litter you are to contact Cloud Nine Rabbitry.
- If you are unable to care for accidental litters both the doe and kits are to be surrendered to Cloud Nine Rabbitry.
- Once the kits are weaned the Doe can be returned to your possession on a case by case basis.
- If you are able to care for the accidental litter, once weaned all kits are to be surrendered to Cloud Nine Rabbitry who will then be responsible for the rehoming of the accidental litter once they have been weaned and surrendered. These kits will be marked clearly where they came from and sold at a reduced price.
- If the rabbit is sold for breeding purposes, the buyer agrees to adhere to ethical breeding practices and not breed irresponsibly.
9. Liability
- Cloud Nine Rabbitry is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the rabbit after it has been sold.
- Cloud Nine Rabbitry is not liable for any medical costs incurred after the rabbit leaves our care.
- The buyer is fully responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of the rabbit once the sale is complete.
10. Termination of Agreement
If the buyer violates any of the terms of this agreement, Cloud Nine Rabbitry reserves the right to terminate the sale and require the return of the rabbit, with no refund issued.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through the website, such as your name, contact details, and payment information, will be kept confidential and used only for processing your purchase or inquiries.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idaho.
